This is a high power, solid state RF amplifier which covers in excess of 500 MHz of bandwidth from 1.7 to 2.2 GHz. This Class AB amplifier offers greater than 30 dB of gain and a minimum of 80 watts across the band. Typical output power from 1.8 to 2.1 GHz is greater than 100 watts. Its noise figure is less than 5.0 dB. Input/output VSWR are always better than 2.0:1. This unit operates from +12.6 Vdc and comes in a housing with a heat-sink. SMA female connectors are standard. It can be used in any system where high power, high gain and high linearity are required. This unit can be operated CW or Pulsed.
