A new high power UHF amplifier for 900 MHz was made for Military applications. It requires only 20 mW RF power for a full 20 W power in 900 MHz band. It is excellent for 900 MHz radios or data transmitters. Power supply is 12 V / 4.6 A. Weight is 350 grams.
